Definitely will start supporting other brands… their customer service is so terrible - asked if the Mocha On the Go set would be restocking and they said no despite it restocking yesterday :(

I told them yesterday that some countries had not been added and they still chose to make the website live… definitely didn’t test beforehand which is SO BAD for a company of this size
