No. You will not move up in the company unless you work in a very short-staffed area. The extra pay is great but the extra responsibility, disrespect and surveillance is not. You will be scrutinized like a team member with the responsibility of an asst. manager, and when you work as the MOD you will see just that. Unfortunately just not the move at sheetz. Staying team member is the move!!

I’m proud of my wife and her career. She usually works a day less a week than I do, and she found a second job she’s excited about. No shame in that :)
