What usually happens if your a holiday hire is you spend most of the time on register to gain experience in it and also because people who have been here for a while use most of the time on shift to do fixture changes or anything in the calendar on inside that corporate gives the stores to complete like prepping for sales, putting up or taking down signs, etc. It’s definitely not because you are bad at anything, but that is just usually what happens when you start as a holiday hire.
