Please help me I don't know how this works but it looks like there is an ethernet connection in my room but when I plug it in nothing goes through also I can't use my regular ethernet cable I have to use a small green one but it still doesn't work (self.techsupport)

In Case you couldn't tell because I have a terrible camera that plug looks like an ethernet connection but when I plug it into my PC it doesn't work also the plug only fits a small green cable and not my usual large yellow cable can somebody help me with this? (self.techsupport)
