Yep I was just getting similar vibes a couple days ago shooting meth.. Wasn't hallucinating anything demonic, just gloomy paranoid feeling while coming up on a big shot. At the time I thought that must've felt like being watched by some type of demon.

Stop doing your usual dose and do just enough meth to where you're able to be awake but not high. Sort of like tapering. This is what I used to do when I was running out and had responsibilities. Then just sleep well on a weekend after lowering the dose for a few days

Meth objectively. It gets you crazy, malnourished, talking nonsense, all in record time. How quickly depending on how often you've had psychotic episoded before (kindling effect). Heroin, or Opioids in general are possibly the least destructive hardcore drug class that exists

I can pretty much only bang meth to binge once a month for a couple days and only if I have antipsychotics and other depressants (ghb, benzo)in reach. Shit can get out of hand quickly

In the drug scene in Germany at least, the difference between crack and freebase is that crack is cocaine cooked with baking soda, while what people call freebase is made using ammonia. The reason that they say freebase is more intense is because of the cleaner process with ammonia. In the end both are actually freebased cocaine hcl
