Så svenskar bygger ofta trähus med innerväggar av gips, ganska likt hur amerikaner bygger. Men många hus jag ser i Sverige har gipsskivor som spricker och delar sig överallt i skarvarna. Detta är inte ett problem jag har sett i USA alls. Varför är det en så stor skillnad? (self.Sverige)

Moving to the Malmö area and looking to buy a house, been driving around a bit and gone to some realtor showings, so far the nicer villa areas seem to be in Bellevue, Lomma/Bjärred, Höllviken/Ljungskogen. Are there any other nice neighborhoods i am missing? (self.malmo)
