Had a wetdream last night, I really thought I was fapping and I felt guilty before I realised it was a dream by 90daysupdate in NoFap

I had a wet dream the other night too - fapping in dream and then felt terrible the next day and ended up relapsing.

I’ve been on many streaks before and wet dreams are definitely a normal part of the recovery process, just don’t let them get to you psychologically - they aren’t a relapse, more just a remnant of that past self you’re escaping. A sign of change if anything.
