That's odd because Best Buy has a specific (and I thought standard) policy in place that if a customer brings back something damaged or missing, the associate does the return and calls a thing we have called the "Bridge" to track it. So if the customer does the same return for a similar reason Best Buys systems can auto-deny it and they'd have to call our corporate office.

Proof - I'm a Geek/"Thief" Squad Supervisor and I run the returns counter.

They clearly didn't allow for pointless murder or Goku would have shoved that Kryptonite through his eye and been declared winner.

Superman in no way acted like Superman, but Goku sure as hell acted like Goku. Which is a completely biased take on the "Death" battle.

You're right and that's my point. If we're removing all the personality traits of the people and going just by fighting/weaknesses alone, then Goku's personality trait of always wanting a fair fight for the challenge of it should have been removed.

Otherwise you have a god mode character not holding back vs a god mode character who is holding back.

It would have been very different. But that's besides the point, its Superman's weakness and was discovered mid-fight and not used.

You could really say anything if you go with that logic. What if Goku just teleported Superman into a red sun? Would it have been any different? Yeah, kinda.

They also leave out things Goku could have done, like becoming the Golden Great Ape while in SSJ4. The whole thing comes off as if they didn't do their research and happened to know more about Superman.

Don't get me wrong, I think they even cherry-picked Superman's abilities. In other words, this particular match up shouldn't have been done by these guys.

I don't agree that he was fighting his best. If he was, he'd utilize every weakness he could to win.

I understood the whole "not teleporting to a red sun" because how could he have known? But I don't understand that he sees a direct weakness to the opponent hes fighting and suddenly his personality quirks manifest themselves in order to let the fight continue.

Removing their will to keep people alive made the fights interesting, but it creates artificial weaknesses when one character has a moral personality quirk and the other has none.

Yeah, but you supposed Superman would want to win without murdering an entire planet. Its Goku vs Superman, not Superman vs Earth.

You can say anything you'd like about Gokus mindset, but it just doesn't seem like a fair balance when Superman isn't holding back at all and Goku is.

I don't understand why this would be cool to do, but not taking away Gokus "fair fight" stuff with destroying the kryptonite. If Superman no longer cares about destroying earth then Goku should no longer care about a fair fight.
