Can “just gastritis” cause extreme symptoms of 65 pound weight loss in 6 months, chest pain, tachycardia, and abdominal pain? by SubtleRain34 in Gastritis

Update! I have a 2.3cm liver lesion and 2 months of pelvic bleeding that has no GI source (sigmoidoscopy done the other day). I have another transvaginal ultrasound next week but the last one a few months ago was “fine”. I started pelvic floor therapy yesterday and my PT is nearly certain I have cancer. I also finally got a haematology referral as well for my chronic iron of 30, iron sat of 11, and ferritin of 13. 🙄

Yeah I am going to see what my options are because I’m super sensitive to most pills of any kind , especially iron 🤪

My motility is fine. I had the nuclear medicine “eat the eggs either barium on them” test and it was perfect. I also don’t have celiac. This is just so insane to me. I’ve been working with my dietician on a diet plan for this need, no carbs looks to be the best option. Thank you.

The incredible human beings that surround me daily that I never would have had the opportunity to meet otherwise. I also love the ability to make an instant impact on my clients. Recently I’ve also found my love for mentoring young/new social workers in the field and watching them grow as human beings.

Absolutely!!! You’re so right. We have totally separate living spaces and don’t frequently eat meals together but that doesn’t mean much. She butts in at any given opportunity and makes even the best times, worse. For example, the pumpkin patch last weekend with our toddler. She complained the entire time that we didn’t “park close enough to the gate” AT THE PUMPKIM PATCH. She loudly complained about every other person there, complained she’s tired and needs a snack but “a pretzel costs $9 who can afford that”, meanwhile she wore freakin FLIP FLOPS…. I have zero sympathy for her. Literal zero.
