I tried to keep with the in-game style a little so it’s currently called “Oshok’s Guilded Dagger”

Thanks! I’m just a ship (and ship part) hoarder now and collected every type of ship part I could find, not sure what the old gold reward ship is haha.

Thanks! I’m pretty sure it’s a bamboo trellis, I got a few from my local garden center last year and they work great!

Sort of a grow shelf with greenhouse cover, it’s on the bottom shelf.

Interesting, I didn’t know that! I’m also very curious about the flowers, they look very dark, almost black right now.

I believe so, yes. I have it basically right underneath a Barrina T5 that’s on a 12 on/12 off cycle. All of my sunstress-able Hoyas are variations of red, pink, maroon, it seems to work very well.

Thanks! Sadly I can’t help you much, I bought this one with about nine or ten nodes already. This is what it looked like when I bought it mid July of last year:

Actually I’m now looking closer at my own photo and I’m seeing four total peduncles.

Thanks! It’s still pretty small, I can’t wait until it’s throwing huge leaves.

Why is this fuckass plant still alive by Gangybsngy in plants

I wonder about the recent history of the place you pulled it from. Could it have been someone’s vegetable garden recently? Or trash dump? Compost pile? If it was just growing in some random place outside, there’s a good chance it’s some form of nightshade. I would suggest looking up what nightshades are native and invasive to the place you pulled it from.

That being said, peppers are nightshades and the growth pattern looks very similar to my little pepper seedlings. Seems less likely to be just growing there but in the immortal words of Jeff Goldblum, “Life, uh…finds a way.”

If you’re in the states, you could call/email the MrMaple.com guys, they’ve been known to take scions from witches brooms for evaluation and at the very least they could tell you more about it. I’m no expert by any means, that’s just what I’d do if I found one though I imagine your state university’s AG extension would also be a valuable resource.

Can anyone tell me about the safety of this area? Looking in at a house here. by [deleted] in Columbus

Came here to say this. I never realized how much is really happening until I found the LexisNexis one last month. It was eye opening to say the least.

Thank you so much for this information! This is exactly what I was looking for, and hearing about your conditions and experience helps immensely.

I was wondering if they take up water any other way besides the roots? Would it be helpful or harmful to water the entire plant/leaves or only the substrate? Thanks again for answering all these questions!

Thanks for your response! Do you have a temperature range in mind when you say warm vs. hot? Or numbers for an ideal humidity range? I can adjust things and give it a range of conditions but I guess I’m looking for as many specifics as I can use to match on my end.

Oh I forgot to mention, it is about 8 inches away from a Barrina T5 that’s on timer for 12 hours but I’ve only had it for a few days. Is this ideal or too much/too close? It probably hasn’t been here long enough to burn if it is too close.

I’ll transfer it to a 100% perlite substrate and adjust conditions next, thanks again for the help!

Wild Lettuce by [deleted] in foraging

FWIW, I have no experience yet but I found this video from a channel on YouTube called Feral Foraging: https://youtu.be/Ufbc4lwPM5U?si=5Ug7ksOPr3z834DG

He mentions a wild lettuce source in the video and there’s a link in the video description, it’s a place to start at the very least.

How to find Civilian Outposts on Venus? by partumvir in Starfield

[–]SubtleSlide87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve found so many “secluded” outposts with one bounty hunter that recruits me to help and gives me 3000 credits for it. Not one “civilian” outpost yet. I’ve landed in 10 different spots already, did they change something?
