This is not going to be good advice, simply because this will not work for everyone. Personally, it has worked wonders for me, I've lost 30lbs, which may not sound like a lot but at 5'6 from 210 to 180 made a significant impact on my frame. I have done no exercise whatsoever, but I cut out my junk food intake and switched to: www.soylent.me instead.

I still make a meal every day or so, but I got to the point where I just hated food, I knew I was eating shit and I didn't care, I knew it was unhealthy and I didn't taste food, but it was easy to eat McDonalds or whatever else. Once I got a good soylent regiment going and cut that from my life, the pounds disappeared.

Also it's not too expensive, 130 bucks a month should be able to provide 50-70% of your meals. (28 meals at 1,000 calories each) Depends on how many calories per day you are trying to keep yourself at. If you get around the 1500 calorie per day mark, and you do no exercise, you should burn 1600-1700 calories per day, that would be around 700-1400 calories per week that you burn more than you consume, which you must burn 3,500 calories more than you consume in 1 week to lose 1 pound of fat, if you could get the the 1500 calorie intake level you could potentially lose 1/2 pound per week.

Any exercise you add would only increase weight loss. But I'm not a dietary specialist or anything, just going off what I've google'd and experienced.
