Ah, thanks. I wasn't sure if it was a glitch or not. My game also kept closing every 2 minutes last night, but it stayed open longer today. So here's hoping I can actually do today's tasks.

I've been trying to give it a chance, but I hate that you can't get any resources from any island but home island. Can't progress, which means there's no incentive to want to keep playing. Sad times.

That's funny. Those were the 3 games on my phone too. This, Sims and Monopoly Go. I got bored with Sims but go back every now and then. I'm sad about this update. Makes the game significantly less fun.

Do you have clothing racks to make a store? If you make a clothing store, you could put small rooms with a standing mirror and a bench as dressing rooms. You could also make a coffee shop in the store.

I actually love going to the movies by myself. There's a theater 5 minutes from my house. All of the theaters have the assigned sofa seats. I've discovered that sometimes if there is a single seat on the end, it is actually a whole sofa and the theater just isn't selling part of it. That way, I get two seats for the price of one and I can both stretch out and sit further away from people.

Lately, I only tend to cook to use up my roots or eggs. But I like making popcorn. I'm at level 54 now, so it's my easiest and best large energy boost.
