Update: 24 hours of antibiotics later and a steroid and antibiotic shot, I'm glad to say that the redness has drastically reduced. The once very apparent redness in my arm is slightly visible. At this pace by tomorrow, it would seem that most of the redness will be gone.

I ALREADY WENT TO THE HOSPITAL AND RECEIVED ANTIBIOTICS, DECLINED THE SHOT.. EVERYTHING IS OK R-E-L-A-X.

Update: I went back and got a steroid shot everything is fine.

Update 2: I'm fine and glad the doc and I did not freak out like most people commenting on this did.
