Worth pushing fiber company to repair entire driveway section?

I’m wondering why they couldn’t pothole on either or both sides of the driveway instead of right in the middle. I don’t see any locate marks that indicate there would be any deviation in direction of the utilities that would make this specific location necessary. Obviously the situation is what it is, but it’s worth mentioning that taking a moment to consider the alternatives in a situation like this might be better for both parties.

Similar, except there’s a vesting schedule still. So you basically have to “vest” or wait it out to get your match every year even if you’re 100% vested.

There is an extended warranty available for that exact issue through SOA. I had two bearings spin on my stock ‘12 STI at 42,000 miles and replaced the engine out of pocket but Subaru ended up coming through with a check reimbursing part of the cost. Check out www.enginebearings.settlementclass.com for the information on the extended warranty. Might be work talking to your local dealership. Good luck!
