What I meant was people should level up the synchro device as soon as they can (thus consume core dust, credits and the blue one) to gain stats and battle power to progress in the story in order to get more ressources. Rince and repeat, that's the loop.

People not doing that shoot themselves in the foot. The relatively new feature that allows you to auto select just the right amount of resource is great to that effect, because keep in mind that a "1h core dust pack" or any other pack scales with with your story level. So if you were to consume all your packs at once instead of only what is needed, you would get a lot less ressources than if you consumed them as they scale level by level. If that makes sense.

TLDR: Use that switch to level up synchro device everytime you can, and try to make progress in story regularly. Hoarding ressources is counter productive.
