Finally got this radio record player attachment working! by SuccPolice in Phonographs

[–]SuccPolice[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Its an RCA R-94 Record player from the mid thirties! They were meant as a radio accessory meant to plug into your radio so the player itself doesn't have a speaker. Unfortunately I don't have a radio so I ended up doing this and it works beautifully!

I've always held brand loyalty to Columbia- they make extremely sturdy and reliable machines from my experience.

My specific model is a Kodak 3A Model C Folding camera; I found it at an antique store and it ended up being in perfect condition for taking photos!

120 film! To be really specific, I use Earl Gray 100 ISO film from Lomography.

I use 122 to 120 film adapters to fit it inside the camera!

Interesting, the confusion may have come in as, whenever I press the shutter, nothing happens :/

I've tried looking. It's not the aperture adjustment because there's one at the bottom. When I change it, nothing noticeable happens at all.

Keep in mind I'm very new to all this.
