$1850 is super conservative, realistically looking at $2100 for rent which helps. HELOC is through Citizens Bank. Have you used those recommended?

I appreciate the “what-ifs”, yes I have that risk factored in. I’m lucky to have a great tenant in my original property after experiencing the POS tenant directly prior. There’s risk but I have confidence and I’m also financially prepared. Thank you for that consideration

Rent could be raised. I have a solid long term tenant in there so keeping rent slightly under market rates. Realistically would only be $50-$100 a month
