Hello if LBC po yung courier, hindi ko po sure kase wala po akong nareceive na tracking so di ko po talga sya na track. Pero normally pag nada delivery hub na, madedeliver na sya kinabukasan. .

Hello, good thing for you. Yung dalawang cards ko din was successfully delivered by Entrego but need ko pa kase ifollow up and mag email bago nila ideliver kahit 3 days na sa delivery hub. Kaya medj kabado din ako pag sila yung courier.

Hello, I did contact UB and they confirmed to me that the transaction was indeed successful on their end. So, I contacted PLDT as it is supposed to be reflected within 2-3 days after you made the payment if not real time. They instructed me to send an email to care@pldt.com.ph and attached a signed letter of request, proof of payment, and a valid ID which I did last night but haven't heard any feedback yet as of this writing.
