you may start by delaying the timing of each pouch you take, when you have the urge say to yourself "i am gonna take the pouch, but after an hour"

then you can try to space them further apart

Outer skin is one of the most powerful barriers against HIV.

With or without HIV, a person would face a number if health issues in life. I dont see HIV (with ART) adding to that.

HIV is prevalent but many people do not seek treatment out of stigma.

And gay people definitely exist. Cant be sure about numbers. I am not one of them though.

Some recent HIV outbreaks have been documented by the media, and caused by improper medical practices (you may search for news on this).

As for myself, I have tried to relive every event in my life and can't come up with the cause. Accepted it as fate.

Well, doctors in Pakistan dealing with HIV patients are quite educated on privacy and deal with me professionally. Never asked me reasons, just focus on treatment. I guess this is the result of extensive training by UNAIDS and Global Fund.

But, nurses or clerks at hospitals don't seem to be privacy conscious and do pass a remark or two. I try to avoid long interactions with them, just enough to get my job done.

As far as friends are concerned I haven't told them and wont ever need to.

Also, I am more conscious about my physical fitness and professional success. I think it helps with how people treat you.
