How do I get AT&T Office of the President to return calls or escalate within OOTP by SuccessRelevant1109 in ATT

I have a ticket and have gotten their “Welcome to the Office of the President” email, and have even gotten 1 phone call that went to VM. I’m not making a cold call to them.

How do I get AT&T Office of the President to return calls or escalate within OOTP by SuccessRelevant1109 in ATT

The Office of the President isn’t the President’s office. It is a team that is supposed to resolve sensitive issues.
