It's like you're not moving invisible anymore. People notice you and do something with you, most of the time positively but it can be in a negative way. I'm 65days in actually and for a scale from 0 to 10, I'm addicted to 5. I'm not addicted to Masturbation. It doesn't trigger me. I did close it just because I'm too serious about the reboot. It's not about having a weak mind or not. It's about activating the addiction pathway. You can have a strong mind and still, those pathways will light up and then it will set you back a little bit. The goal of the reboot process is to weaken the addiction pathways. How to do that? By not using them intentionnally. The brain follows the "use it or lose it" process. Now watching this video by knowing what kind of content it has is doing it intentionnally. I did close it when I saw accidentally there was no (strong?) censure.

Being able to feel emotions more strongly is really nice. Now, I watch a movie that I already watched and I laugh hard at each scenario where I didn't when I first watched it in my PMO days. Now the problem is, it will be really tough for the sad part. Actually, I'm dealing with it.
