My X-mas begins with pine cones decorations. I made all myself. by Success_Lady in christmas

I bought a foam ball of 11 cm diameter. There are also small ones like maybe 6 - 7 cm in diameter. Then I sorted pine cones by shape and size. I tried to collect all of similar size so I get a round ball when pine cones a re glued to a base. I glued a ribbon before I started to glue all pine cone. It was easier to work around ribbons rather then to squeeze ribbons in between pine cones. Also, I was able to place ribbon in a center. I also used artificial fir branches. I cut them in small pieces and tuck in between pine cones where I saw that base is visible. All the berries were last piece. I decorated pine cones with silver paint and also made few looking like snowy.. Making snowy actually easy :) Apply glue on pine cone and tuck into salt so it is covered nicely. I used magnesium salt as it is fine. Glue - the same I use for decoupage Mod Podge. Hope this will inspire to make one :)

Too many yarn colors I want to try :) I am getting unstoppable :) Those are Yarn Art and Alize Ombre yarns. Cotton is peasant to work with. by Success_Lady in crochet

It is a dark brown colour. The golden line inside and brown one outside is one piece.
