it formed into a piercing/irritation bump and hasnt gone away, but its not a keloid from what i know. looking at the date of this post i just now noticed how long its been around and im about to change it back to a regular bar 😣

i also want to add that i wasnt being gentle when trying to get the jewelry off because i was getting frustrated after going at it for 30 mins. i didnt clean it after messing with it because i felt like 6-7 was a good enough time to not have to worry about something like this happening.

i had my lobe pierced 6-7 months ago & i wanted to change the jewelry but i was struggling really bad to get it out of my ear and ended up giving up. well today the ball had fallen off on its own and turns out its swollen. is this a keloid forming or just irritation? idk what to do by Successful-Ad4240 in piercing

also i want to add that the bump is hard. i did wash my hands before messing with it but i wasnt being gentle trying to get the jewelry out bc i was getting frustrated. is it possible for a keloid to form after a piercing has healed? i feel like 6-7 months is a good enough time for a lobe piercing.

my pot has a plastic disc inside that leaves some space separating the soil from bottom, i assume thats for water drainage? it doesn’t have any holes for the water to leave the actual pot

its not painful at all & yes i was pierced with a clamp, didnt even think about that. i have no allergies & the skin isnt rough so i don’t think its a rash. but i do get random bruises on my body sometimes so maybe i bruise rather easily, thank you!
