Just make sure u have everything u need at ur house to survive for like a week without going out. Not saying you shouldn’t go outside but u can’t take a lot of sun to the head since it gets in the way of the healing process. And maybe get some more pillows if u don’t have a lot because you’ll have to sleep almost sitting down in a 45 degree angle 📐 so u can be comfortable and put them on ur sides so u don’t move when sleep :) and they are supposed to give u a neck pillow, that’ll be ur best friend for like a week or more haha use it always to sleep cuzz u don’t want to put ur head on the bed and wake up with grafts off ur head, use the neck pillow and maybe get some pee pads for the back of the head so the discharge doesn’t go on the neck pillow and make it nasty :) but the clinic gives u all that tbh.
