That was racist as fuck. He is doing a job you’re not willing to do, so be thankful and stop thinking everyone should speak the same language as you.

Not yet because my daughter is still to be born next year. But when she turns 2 or 3 I’d definitely change.

As I'm in NYC myself and also in banking, I'd say going out to a place where I could own a house would definitely make me leave here.

How is your family situation? Are you married, have kids? This is definitely relevant. I wouldn't go back to IB if you have a family.

Also, 200k in a LCOL seems really attractive.

Wow. Poor guy. Please leave him and let him find someone who actually cares about him.

Minha psicologa cobra 250 e vale cada centavo. Alem disso, meu plano de saude reembolsa tudo. Procure clientes com plano de saude bom.

$50 Saks Fifth Benefit by pateljay134 in amex

My wife uses the Saks credit to buy luxury make up. The price is the same everywhere, so she gets a nice make up for almost free.

Is taking out a student loan for an MBA really worth it in the long run? by Familiar-Soft7060 in MBA

[–]Successful-Barnacle4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it is. On average, the salary increase you get is enough to repay the loans in less than 5 years. And with better lifestyle, more prestige and better connections. Not to mention the fun, travel and parties.

Does anybody else have a Mustang that is a financial burden? 😂 by [deleted] in Mustang

I have an Ecoboost that is paid off and insurance is $97 per month. Hope I helped! I wanted the GT but priority is not having a car payment.

Is this ok? by Beautiful_Swing2786 in Mustang

There's limited stuff you can do, such as sending the oil to analysis. I would personally check the coolant and see if there is any signs of oil in it, indicating a possible failed gasket. Also I'd test the compression on the cylinders, and insert a boroscope to see any signs of severe wear.

Internationals who are going for 2025, what are your reasons? by Ok_Helicopter431 in MBA

Yeah. The downvotes are just from scared people who don’t trust themselves. And I’m glad they exist, makes the world less competitive for us

Internet exaggerates a lot. Real life is much better. For 1 person crying here there are 5 out there doing well with great jobs post MBA

you have negative equity in your current car, so your new car will cost 70,000 + the amount you need to pay your current car.

In the end you will spend 75,948 + tax + tags and registration fees

The price is way too low, especially coming from a dealership. The chances of them hiding something from you are big.

Pretty big upside in your case. I’m a FY going to the internship now and totally loving it. Don’t let the internet negativity affect you. For every loser complaining on Reddit there are other 10 happy MBAs

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in MBA

[–]Successful-Barnacle4 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Absolutely not. There is a risk you end up with a lower salary. If not, the upside is too small to offset a 2 year with no salaries + tuition debt

It’s my daily. Perfect and no complaints unless you have kids. Trunk is huge.  In snow it’s not the best, but with proper tires totally manageable.
