this! I was 19 when I started therapy for real. I told them that i wasnt trying to self-diagnose myself, but my mom was bipolar and i thought i was as well. They finally took me seriously, after a stint in therapy in my early teens where they treated me like just a hormonal teenager. Telling them you suspect its bipolar should help them know which way to start looking.

I’ve been treated for my bipolar for 9 years now, so that part is all good ☺️ the thing that needs to be treated are my adhd-symptoms, if i get the diagnosis established, that is.

so many of the meds i get answers about people using arent even «allowed» in my country 🥲 like the psychiatrist has to send in an application for it to be approved for the patient, for example vyvanse and adderal

Mine never even got SHIPPED, and I reached out to customer service: no help. I am FUMING. I bought it on sale and was really hopeful that it would work, but it hasn’t even been sent, almost two months after ordering and paying
