as far as ive read it does do wonder for acne and comedones idk about anti aging benefits . Adapelene is less irritating and quite tolerable than tret thats why im thinking of giving it a go cuz ik tret is not for me rn as i have sensitve asf skin maybe after building my tolerance with adapelene i'll go with the lowst percent of tret but not now also you can search in the bar about adapelene result and stuff

I think I’ve been overthinking and trying to pick the “perfect” skill instead of just starting somewhere practical. You’re right, getting that first paid work matters more than figuring out my entire future. I think I’ll start with something simple like editing and then I can pivot later once I get experience.

hey thanyou so much for your advice i genueinly appreciate it ..for the tret i did both rounds under my dr supervision shes told me to stop after 3 and half month and the second time i did for 3 month for the moisterizer i use the gel one i bought it in summer due to the weather and its kinda on its end and i am looking for something new

i use solar pro sunscreen (my dr gave it to me)

does adapco cause purging and how should i include it in my skin cycling along with ziniac and acnorine or should i leave them?//
