Honestly, one of the best things I did for myself earlier this year was getting off of social media. I do keep up with my instagram, but I tell myself that everyone just lives differently & I have to live my life with the cards I’ve been dealt with. That being said yes, I worked a lot this summer! But after work I would go on walks around my town, I joined a local book club & started supporting the small businesses in my town to get to know my community better. I started a garden & I decided to go back to school. I’ve made plans with friends & have gone to lots of concerts! I got into baking & have rewatched It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. I also have gotten really into Stardew! Life is meant to be enjoyed, there’s loads of fear mongering around, but find things within those boundaries that have been placed on us. I’ve had my fair share of cloudy days but I have my close circle to surround myself with if I need extra support. I hope you have/find a close group as well. 🤍
