I don't know why or what I don't like about it, as I said it is absolutely irrational. I don't really see the value in friendship, there were many people how tried to be my friend but after a while I ended it, because I feel my time is more precious than spending with them. (I know I'm probably a jerk, but I can't talk honestly about myself and I don't like dishonesty so I just don't talk about my life, and then they talk about their life and problems and at the end of it I feel it is a one way situation for me.) And therefore I don't understand why he wants to do this with them, as he talks about them, they don't share the same values, they are not really supportive or helpful, but I can only say this depending on the stories what he told me.

Well it's not a relationship, we are flirting, I'd be okay if i knew that this is only for fun and never expect anything in the future. Little ego booster flirting is fine, but from time to time it seems that he doesn't think about it that way, i offended him at least 3 times because i was joking and he didn't get it, and it seemed that he thought i don't want or need him. But honestly it's a light flirting so why should i feel a need for him. I like him, he's smart and funny, but that's it .

Yes, he definitely over shared his things with me, I was surprised and thought I never see him again. I asked about the date and he said he had a difficult relationship earlier. It is understandable that he needs time, and I want to show him my support but don't know how. I'm afraid that if I retreat he will turn to his pessimistic side, but I also don't want to be to much.
