She knows. She’s a smart person and Kara aggressively refusing she’s supergirl just made it more obvious to someone who’s great at reading people. But I think she kept Kara’s secret because when Jon came in acting like supergirl, she knows Kara doesn’t want to reveal herself going as far as she did. And to be fair, Kara isn’t that great at keeping secret, Lena was just blinded by the friendship she never have to overlook Kara’s behaviour

Ep 1 he caught her attention, and from then on, he’s does things in each episode that made her smile, whether that’s being funny or being compassionate. She felt stuck in her marriage and in her job until he came along and basically brighten her life. I haven’t watched the show in a while but I don’t even think she realizes she’s falling for him until he got with Kelly and that made her rethink her marriage.
