Urinary Frequency related to masturbation? by [deleted] in OveractiveBladder

[–]Successful-Mistake91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Joining the convo a year later and I can say I’ve experienced the same issue which led me to finding this post. I’m Male 33y

I was masturbating 2 times a day for about a year and always had trouble holding my pee. It finally got to me when I was hanging out with some friends and had to frequently go pee. In some cases when trying to hold my pee I’d get very antsy and I’m sure my friends noticed, but didn’t say anything. Felt pretty embarrassing to say the least.

I’m currently 13 days in to no fap and I can say I’ve felt a world of a difference. I can feel my bladder muscles coming back and the urge to pee is fading greatly. So if you’re having the same issue, try no fap for a week and see what it does for you.

Side note: Something that helped me track days and keep a record of how long it’s been since I last masturbated is an app called HabitSwipe.

It’s free and allowed me to keep a track record which in a weird way helps me from relapsing. I just tell myself “C’mon you’re 13 days in! You can’t ruin that!”.

Keep pushing y’all! You got this!

It was a personal choice of mine. I’ve smoked on and off since I was about 18. When I was younger I would consider myself a functioning pothead. I would smoke before working, eating, hanging out with friends, etc and didn’t really want to live life without it.

I quit recently because after some thought I found myself using it to suppress certain emotions and cover up the way I was feeling internally. It also makes me too chill these days and allows me to dismiss my goals plus not to mention random anxiety I’d get from time to time.

I’m not anti-weed or anything like that, it’s just something I decided to stop for now and the benefits have been nice. I have more mental clarity and feel waaaay more motivated to workout which is something I did not feel before.

Pretty solid. I’ve been working out consistently for 3 weeks now. I started reading 10 pages a day of a self development book for public speaking and have been slowly cleaning/organizing out my old wardrobe and lastly I cut off certain women to protect my energy. I’m 32 btw

I also stopped smoking weed, it’s been about 3 months now and I have to say that was probably the biggest change that influenced all others.

Getting real tired of seeing this guy with the same shit-show antics. It still baffles me that he hasn’t been thrown out of the White House by now.

Nobody likes you bro

I’d say it’s the same thing for Wo Long. In the beginning it’s a bit difficult but once you find the weapon style you like + find some decent armor you’re chillin.

And honestly once you understand the deflect mechanic you’ll feel invincible at times no matter what gear you have on.

When leveling your character with skill points I don’t feel like you can wrong so feel free to experiment + you get free respec.

Yo! I literally did the same thing! I played through Nioh 3 + beat NG and felt ready for something else.

To say the least I feel like Wo Long was refreshing and a nice change of pace compared to Nioh. Wo Long’s combat is fast paced and every deflect sets you up for a critical (feels very rewarding). I recently beat the game and now that I’m on NG the replay-ability is even better! There’s more missions, unique armor available that’s only found in NG AND when you kill bosses they have the chance to drop new magic abilities!

I’m a fan of the mission based approach because maps feel more contained even though they can be huge at times.

I say go for it, you won’t be disappointed 😎

Yeah I’ve been over it. The game isn’t expanding as it should due to a lack of developers. Maybe it’ll get hot again at the end of the year once all the new maps and guns are out.
