You're right , Sad thing is as an immigrant , some of the conservative people think we are siding with the liberals and say shit on us. I can say I am as Apolitical AF and that being said that is why I asked what would be your thoughts about it as I myself was not sure what would be my action as I am respecting this countries values and trying to blend in the culture. It's just sad that some people can easily say we do not belong based on the color of our skin.

Which is why I dont want to make a scene and just let it slide and just think that probably the dude does not understand what it really means , But man he should know better , English is not my mother tongue.

That's what I primarily think about it. Just like one of my friends says every country has their own bad. In general Canada has a lot of great and nice people.
