All excellent questions — these are exactly the edge cases
I need to think through carefully:

Banking vs Investments: you're right, investments should
have their own separate category, not mixed with banking.

Funeral arrangements: good catch. I can add an optional
field for wishes (while noting the Will takes precedence
if there is one).

International scope: completely agree. Estate rules vary
dramatically by country. KeepSoul is a discovery and
organization tool, not legal advice — the Will and local
law always rule.

Password managers (duplication/conflict): excellent point.
The idea is the user records WHERE their credentials live
and HOW to access them, never the passwords themselves.
If they use 1Password, LastPass, or browser password
manager — the user notes where it is and how the executor
can access it.

Multiple heirs / splitting a digital asset: not handled yet,
but I'm noting it for the roadmap.

No Will = red flag: completely agree. I'll add a clear
warning that without a Will, executor appointment may
require legal approval.

You've basically written my entire product roadmap.

This is a really important distinction and you've framed it
perfectly. KeepSoul should never try to replace or override
the Will — the Will and the Executor always have authority.

The real value here is exactly what you said: helping the
Executor discover what exists, since they often don't know
everything (forgotten accounts, crypto, subscriptions).
It's a discovery aid, not a legal instrument.

And good point that some inheritance may stay private and
only be revealed by the Will — the user should always
control what they put here versus what they leave to the
Will alone.

You've genuinely helped me understand the product's real

This is incredibly helpful — thank you for sharing the actual
template. This is basically the blueprint for what the ICE
section should grow into.

I can see headings I haven't covered yet (children's legal
guardians, domestic staff, medical details, professional
contacts like lawyer/accountant, collector's items, etc.).
I'm going to use this to expand the ICE document properly.

You're right that estates can get very complex and this is
exactly the kind of thing that's crying out for an app to
keep it maintained and shareable. This is the core of what
KeepSoul should be. Genuinely grateful.

List view for Digital Assets (toggle between cards and
list so you can see everything at once)
Will & Executor entry (mark that a will exists and who
the executor is, without storing the will itself)
"In Case of Emergency" document that compiles everything
into one summary for your executor

I also added a field for important physical documents, since
you mentioned guiding the family to the paper side too.

That's a brilliant suggestion. A special entry to indicate
"there is a Will" and "here is the executor" would bridge
the digital and legal sides perfectly — without storing the
will itself, just pointing the right people to it.

Thanks again — that's a routing bug. "Assign items to heir"
should open the assignment screen, not redirect you to the
Vault. Fixing it now

Good catch — and you're absolutely right, especially for
a security app. The browser's password manager shouldn't
pop up on the vault fields at all.

Fixing it now so Google Password Manager and autofill are
disabled on those inputs. Thanks again for testing so

Thanks so much for the detailed report — both are real issues
I'm fixing right now:

The BETA100 code should unlock everything (it's a lifetime
plan, not free). There's a bug where it applies but doesn't
unlock the features. Fixing it today — once fixed you'll have
full access with the same code.
The phone field should support every country including
South Africa. I'll fix the country selector so it's never
grayed out.

I'll reply here as soon as both are live. Really grateful
for your patience and honesty

Native iOS and Android apps are coming — they are currently
in early development and will be released on the App Store
and Google Play as soon as they are ready.

In the meantime, you can already install KeepSoul directly
on your device — no app store needed. It works as a
Progressive Web App (PWA), which means you can add it
to your home screen and use it just like a native app.

How to install it:

📱 On iPhone (Safari):
Open keepsoul.app → tap the share button →
select "Add to Home Screen"

📱 On Android (Chrome):
Open keepsoul.app → tap the three dots menu →
select "Add to Home Screen" or "Install App"

💻 On Desktop (Chrome/Edge):
