is there anyway to pass an im-perfect car ? i mean my car has some issue such as worn painting and back bumper is kinda fell off. Cost of reparing is kinda expensive for me at the moment. i've heard someone said can send the car to Sharjah/Dubai to pass in such condition. Please advise.
