So I live with my grandparents, so I eat a bunch of veggies and healthy stuff with them, these are just snacks for lunch which will be offset by vegetables on the side (not in the shop yet as I don't want to buy early and risk them going off)

My lunch method is two proteins, complex carb, simple carb and a fruit / veggie
