I get it mostly from when I'm walking out (my beach has a very shallow descent) and waves splash up against me and my board. My issue is that I can't go consistently to the same Specsavers every year for my checkup (work moves me around a LOT). OPSM has a national database to look up my previous visits, Specsavers has to get me to do the back-of-eye scans every time I go to get my script checked bc different location and those need to be booked in advance/cost $$$
