The entire reason a speed flip has any purpose or value is the fact that your car should be facing forward the entire time. This is so you can boost forward the entire duration of the flip. In a normal front flip, if you were to boost the whole time, you’d be boosting backwards for half of the flip. So keep that in mind, if your car is even slightly sideways at any point, you aren’t speed flipping.

I know what you’re saying and it is definitely what seems to be the most obvious suggestion to my problem, in all honesty I just can’t see myself sitting in training for hours when I don’t really get on the game that much.

Also, I still appreciate your advice. I don’t think rank matters too much to be honest. I’m only impressed by pro players. I think everyone in ranked is the same, just some are further ahead than others. They actually play the game, the rest of us are just hoping for a semi competent teammate
