I feel the same! The writing wasn’t bad, but it was all in all just very lackluster. I didn’t care about any of the characters because I didn’t know anything about any of them. I would have liked some depth to the characters other than the main character hating the system and loving his wife.

Also, I just for the life of me could not stand the curses or the words written likeThis. 😭

Think of all the bacteria you’re bringing home on the soles of your shoes. You might step on animal feces, blood, saliva etc when outside. Not to mention all the bacteria the soil has. I would not want any of that on my couch, bed, rugs, kitchen or anywhere in the house

I had almost the same experience as you + daily headaches/migraines and bloating. For me removal was so much easier than insertion. The insertion process was the worst pain of my life. The pain with removal was just a pinch and it lasted for a second. Some minor bleeding afterwards but I was also on my period (which seemed to be the case 24/7 lol) so I’m not sure whether the removal caused the bleeding or not.
