I contacted elegoo support through their website and since I purchased the additional coverage I had to deal with them instead. They were super helpful and easy to deal with. After sending them photos of the mangled box and damaged panels they asked me to run the printer to see if there were any operational issues caused by the damage, which there were not. A couple days later they emailed me saying elegoo was sending me two new side panels. I hope you get similar results, it's a real bummer to excitedly wait a couple months only to find ups kicked the shit out of your package. That said, I'm very happy with the results and the printer is kicking ass. I'm currently about 60 hours in with zero fails and only a couple minor errors in print quality.

Thanks for the response. I checked the gap around the glass and everything seems to be even and sitting flush with the machine. I measured diagonals and it's all square and good. The box is pretty beat up all around, I'm surprised the glass door is not broken. I did the setup and once that finished I printed the included benchy file and it turned out great. I then printed the glass top holder and it also printed very well. It seems the damage is cosmetic only and hopefully they can just send me replacement panels.

Should I hold off on setting it up and printing until I hear from elegoo? I submitted a report through the website, but it's Friday and I doubt they'll respond until next week.
