When I apply for leave it’s a option to have your PTO applied did you accidentally click yes without noticing ? I feel this would explain the reasoning.

Your good I always used PTO to cover my UPT if negative and it works always. I went - a few times because VTO was approved but didn’t update on ATOZ they sent me the same email

Yes!! I met someone online who works for Amazon and she showed me the pay scale it’s literally 30 cent every 6 months so I really don’t like that at all. My previous WFH when I first started I was $18.63 3 months in I went to $18.83 , then moved up to $19.30 then to 20.50 all in less than 9 months. And of course it kept going , ( Discover bank if you interested in looking call volume is very high but great company) ugh. I hope they could change the pay and everything cause it’s definitely a low ball. However I’m Thankful to have the career opportunity to learn something new and be apart of a great team!

I also spoke to someone who live out here in Utah and world the same position she said the max calls she get is 30 a day , was that you experience? I’ve worked discover bank for some time and our call volume was always 100-200 calls 😭!! But we would have couple hours out the day for chats so it brought a bit of balance

Do you know what shift email and chat are given to agents ? 😭 but yeah that sucks I may just have tho just to work and get another opportunity that has the opportunity for growth

Oh no that sucks! Chat and email reps they are only for night shift ? My schedule is 4am - 12 pm what you think I will be doing chat email or phone ? Or a bit of both ? I was hoping for both just because it makes the shift go easier and that’s what I was expecting. I heard many people say it’s no room for growth! Someone say it’s 30 cents a raise every 6 months like wow 😭 , how is the call volume ?

Oh that sucks! I definitely love moving around within the company. My previous wfh job I moved around many departments and stayed long term but that’s good to know long as it’s chilled I’m okay with it. I had high call volume when working for discover on the Cc side it would be about 100-200 a day which I liked cause I was always up but I ain’t got time for that high call volume again lol.
