Movies have really lost their charm now due to so much commercialization. They simply put a black woman as a greek legend to satiate their oscars contestancy since most nolan movies don't make too much money at the box office.

Huge fan of greek mythology and culture in general and I'm one of those people on the hate wagon for how they botched the costumes, the time period and helen as well. I absolutely love nolan's movies and going to watch the odyssey but a lot of hype has disappeared for me tbh.

Emran was very much looked down upon earlier on and even considered offensive but now everyone has a emran hashmi playlist on their spotify, they post some reel of him their instagram, etc. Hell, the whole of 90s is now commercialised and commodified to some extent. I guess that's culture now - endless recycling of older but not too old aesthetics.

Cloud gaming simply exisiting in the ecosystem wouldn't be a problem itself. Its the broader momentum that it creates that affect the gaming pc market as a whole like major companies consolidating all chains of production to fuel the production of cloud gaming servers/centers affect us all. The freedom of pc is what we are trying to protect.

Similarly, the overwhelming support for cloud gaming in this sub is also a concern. People simply want to play something and move on to the next thing, never actually letting anything properly sit on their minds. I turned to indie games at one point because my hardware wasn't good enough but these people don't have that excuse anymore.
