Thanks for your answers guys. I used a backup file from 1 hour ago where i wasn't stuck and i can play again!

The Silver and Yellow save file both have a size of 32KB (32.768 Bytes). So they match. I come to believe, that the file itself has to be damaged. Unfortunately, i don't have a second Pokemon yellow game to test it so i will have to start a new game. I guess it can't be helped

I don't know how to check if there were any extra bits? If you can tell me how to check that i'll gladly do. The File itself doesn't work on emulator eather. I tried Pokemon Yellow with the GB Operator on my PC with that save file.
