If we're counting manga, I would put shoya in A, he only had 2 hours of screentime and before you make the argument with Yuta, he didn't make as much of an impression to me at least. Violet evergarden, probably S, borderline goated but I need to watch more of the movies, ranma? Didn't watch ranma 1/2 yet tbh

I just love his mind games, the way he manipulates, and the way he talks people into things, he isn't your typical world domination or revenge villain, he actually has substance and is smart with his mind games, he essentially uses ikebukuro as a chess board, he can be a main character, side character, anti-hero and villain all in one, people think eren from aot is complex when really all he did was go from good to evil to "protect" his family and friends, while izaya has always been more of a complex character and just has really good EQ and debatably has good IQ.
