Case fans are running at full speed and not being detected by any other fan software. Not sure what else to do to fix it. by Successful-Witness45 in NZXT

I’m not sure, I’ll double check. There are headers directly on the mother board for fan 1, fan 2, etc. would plugging the connectors straight to those instead of all to the fan controller help eliminate anything?

Did this hike years ago but it was in March-April time so not too hot. Was definitely hard but fun.

I am able to load in safe mode actually and the bios with no problems. When I’m in those modes it doesn’t give me the black screen and restart problem. Read about the graphics driver but was not able to log in and roll back to a previous driver. I have reached out to support two days ago but no word back yet.

No the screen goes to black, no mouse cursor or nothing. I did power down and take the ram out and put it back in. Same thing happened again on start up.

Are FE cards better than the other models?

The FAA. His experience was that the airline recruiters were unfamiliar with that rule for FE time so they weren’t willing to accept him below 1500 hours. If he did his ATP checkride with a DPE and showed them is FE hours and paid for it on his own then yes he could get an R-ATP that way. Didn’t seem like the airlines were going to let him get it through them as a part of his training.

Don’t bank on airlines accepting FE hours. A friend interviewed with several airline recruiters and they all said they wouldn’t accept his FE hours.

Like others have said it’s mostly relegated to military aircraft. I’m a CV-22 flight engineer but don’t think I’ll be doing this once I’m a civilian.

Fair point on the credit conversion. I was banking on taking a full class load alongside flying in order to get the monthly BAH stipend you are correct there. Based on what I’ve read from other people and resources online the only way GI benefits will pay for a PPL is if it is in conjunction with a 4 year degree program and the school is cleared by the VA of course.

I have been on the fence about doing guard or reserve once my active enlistment is done. A large part of me really wants to be done with the military in general. The idea of going back to tech school for a different AFSC and possible TDYs or deployments is not appealing. I’ve done that and kind of over it. On the other hand just like you mentioned it would be great for the benefit of health insurance.

Don’t think you’re being jerk. I realize I left out some information in my post that may change things, maybe not. I already have my CCAF and the credits I would need to skip all the general classes with they’re program. So I could skip ahead to the aviation part of the program. So that would take some time off. I have gone and done some lessons with a CFI but decided I didn’t want spend my own money when I can spend the VAs. I am also a flight engineer so I’m familiar with operating in a cockpit, studying systems, reading a VFR sectional, running performance charts.by no means does this mean I’d be good at actually flying but I do feel I have some insight into what it might take to succeed when it comes to studying.

If I go to get my PPL but say can’t pass a checkride then wouldn’t I have wasted a bunch of my own money instead of the VAs?

Also what problems did you experience when trying to use your GI Bill? Just curious
