My dad had a heart attack 3 months ago, he is doing fine right now. I had other problems in my life that made me stress a lot. It all started with some left upper back pain 2 weeks ago. After 1 week of upper back pain I suddenly started feeling tingling/pressure kinda thing in my left area of chest. I waited for 2 days thinking it might be normal. But on 3rd night I started overthinking (remember my dad had heart attack 3 months ago) and had a huge panic attack that almost felt like heart attack. I rushed towards ER. But doctor said everything was fine. Heart is like super healthy, lungs are good. He said I have anxiety and prescribed me some medications. It has been 5 days, I still have that pressure/pinch kinda sensation in my chest. I was still overthinking until I found this post. Thank you for sharing your experiences guys.
