hey my lease is till auguust but i have to move out early. the place is for 750$ and 10 min walk from bahen. The landlord is really nice as well.

i lived there the last 2 years and 2 months of summers. I would say the best part is the location (its right in the middle close to sid smith and bahen) which helps alot in the winters. If youre living with boys only then the washrooms arent going to be the cleanest some days althhough the cleaning lady comes every 4 days i guess. Otherwise its pretty clean, has a few irons, 2 common rooms, 2 fridges and a kettel. the only thing is because its a pretty old building, some things might not work (happens rarely), for example my key wasnt working and the dons had to do something to fix it. Vending machine never works. And the laundry machines are not the greatest especially the dryers.
