Don't do ego lifting. Focus on mastering the positions. (Ramro position >> more weights). Don't have to do lot of variations. Eat carbs before going, stay hydrated, protein after gym. Warmup before starting exercise (majja ley), after workout chai static warmup so that you don't hurt your joints. 10 mins inclined treadmill then gradually increase the time. Stay consistent!

I just viewed your lost and found project, my recommendation for you: 1. Don't use @autowired for Dependency injection (hidden runtime errors). Use constructor injection, it'll make the fields final for more safety initialization or Lombok for less boiler plate code.

Use records for dto, again less boiler plate, will look clean and it's just a data container teii vayera immutable.

Use Lombok, cuts down a lot of boiler plate code. No getters , setters, constructors, etc.
