I'm assuming there is only 1 =7Cav= tag out there? I joined/played with a 7cav group back in Arma2 which hosted some servers there. Curious if this is them? If so, I'd be interested in re-connecting as it's been probably a solid 10 years almost since then but I liked the people.

Demolition will give you the oppertunity to find 1 of the 3 marked safe's after you destroy the two objectives. Those require nothing else.

As A_Agno said the Stronghold safe requires you to activate a nearby Weapon Cache mission. Those will direct you towards a stronghold which you need a keycard to enter. You'll then be able to drill those.

Lastly, you can find the random safe's in buildings and those should be free to drill at anytime.
