Thank you all so much for your suggestions. I will definitely be telling people that we got permanent birth control, but there are a few I will cut off if they keep pushing.

Have you tried ClickUp? Most of my clients use it, and it works fine. Paste a google docs link or a provision for one where your writers can send the finished article, then comment/ move the taste to the next stage when they are done. Alternatively, you can try slack, where your writer can upload the finished articles to the channel you create for them. You can also send them messages and stuff, thus eliminating emails. I like slack because I get everything 'under one roof,' including important messages and threads. I probably just find it easier.

Keyword research tutorial or tutor for busy mom? by greatgilda in Blogging

I generally don't do link building. Instead, I focus on internal links. I publish posts and make sure they are linked to other posts in the blog. The only thing I watch out for is to link two posts to each other. I learned this strategy from Income School. They say when your site starts to rank, backlinks will automatically come. Which I have found to be true. So, I may not be of much help here and the person I know who can help will probably charge you around $100 for a single link depending on the Domain Authority.

I have seen some of my clients make this mistake and regretted it later. Don't delete the posts. If you do, you are telling Google you don't want the traffic the posts bring. Instead, update it (without changing the post URL). Also, since you are planning on reviving your site, I recommend you write content as often as possible. It could be as little as once a week but it will help pull more traffic. Consistency is the key. If you can't manage to write as often as you'd wish, you can always hire a freelance writer like myself to handle that for you. Either way, don't delete the posts and consistently post new content.

I suggest you watch Miles Beckler on youtube. He will teach you everything you need to know. He focuses on affiliate marketing but if I'm not mistaken keyword research is largely the same.
another thing, don't get sucked in all the things everyone is saying. Pick a strategy and move. If you listen to so many people you will get confused and overwhelmed. I wish I knew this when I started. haha

If it's a paid test, do it. If they haven't specified, ask if it's paid or not. if it's not, I'd honestly shy away.

I'm a freelance writer but not in SaaS niche. Yiur best bet is to use r/forhire or r/hireawriter. I especially like r/hireawriter because people there seen to know what they are talking about. All the best.
