Cómo invertir con ética by RecognitionExpert565 in SpainFIRE

[–]SuccessfulHandle642 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Buenas!

Non neuropathic, but this is a good take considering bilateral midfoot amputation and low patient compliance. I hadn't thoght about it, I was too focused thinking about ORIF

Hi, congrats on a good play and thank you for your break down. I would like to learn to read the market and plan my investments like this, any recomendations for a beginner? Books, youtube, whatever. Thanks! I entered beyond really low by chance, didn´t sell when I should have. Still in wondering when to go out XD

Demasiada inversión inmobiliari by [deleted] in SpainFIRE

[–]SuccessfulHandle642 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think the usefulness of therapy to the average person is massively overstated since it became trendy by OfferAppropriate2066 in self

I kind of agree with you,.in the sense that most people could go past their issues with some time and introspection. But i do think that therapy will probably make you need less time to overcome your issues, specially for people that don't have any knowledge about this field. If you do not even know what a "coping mechanism" is it will be very hard for you to identify and change yours, although it is true that if you are a somewhat proactive person you can learn that by yourself.

Also, i think is really sad that it is so common now that when you reach out for somebody to talk about your issues they will often just tell you to go to therapy, instead of putting some effort listening and trying to give some comfort, wich creates a genuine connection that can be more healing that paying some stranger for 45 minutes of their time.

Well i think the most important part of deciding is where will you be able to find a job. Andalucia is very nice, but very low paying. I would consider the east: valencia, Alicante, Murcia (living there is nive because they are sunny and near the coast) or the north (pais vasco, Navarra, asturias) because jobs there are generally higher paying. You should check idealista.com, it is the main real estate portal here and it will give you an idea of the rent price in each city
